2. Give me:
a. Your name
b. eSongbook title(s) or individual eSong title(s) from any book(s)
c. Name & postal address of purchaser
d. Tax Exempt Number (if applicable)
e. Email address for eSongbook delivery
3. I will:
a. Confirm your order by return email
b. Confirm the purchase total (plus 5% sales tax if no Tax Exempt # is given)
b. Give
you my postal mailing address for your payment.
4. Your order will be emailed as soon as payment is received.
